A young female driver escaped serious injury Wednesday afternoon after she rolled her car along St. Peters road in West Penn Township. The crash occurred just after 5 p.m. as she was rounding a curve in the roadway. She apparently lost control rolling the unit with it coming to rest on its roof. The Penn Mahoning ambulance responded to the scene but the victim refused treatment. West Penn fire police assisted at the scene. West Penn police officer Jason Lorah is investigating the incident.
