Three individuals were charged in an incident that stemmed from a residence in Summit Hill.

According to Summit Hill police, on March 19, police received a report that a residence was entered in the borough. Upon investigation, it was learned that Shaina Poshefko, 25, of 633 Riverview Road, Slatington, had entered the home and stole a number of items.Poshefko was charged with burglary, criminal trespass, theft and receiving stolen property.Also charged in the incident were Malcolm Harris, 25, last known address of 38 E. Water St., Lansford and New York; and Romero McLain, 26, no known address. Both men purchased the stolen items from Poshefko.They were charged with receiving stolen property.There are active warrants out on each of them.
