About half way through the day, The Garden of Giving managed to fill half a truck, parked at Tractor Supply in Brodheadsville, full of items needed to feed and care for its chickens. The eggs are donated to several food pantries in the West End and parts of Monroe County as a way The Garden of Giving can help feed families in need with a more nutritional way with fresh foods.
