He is currently incarcerated in Carbon County Prison in lieu of $5,000 straight bail.According to the affidavit of probable cause filed by Palmerton patrolman Kevin Buck:Buck was traveling westbound on Franklin Avenue in the area of Fifth Street at around 4:45 p.m. Feb. 10 when he observed Cebrosky.Buck then approached Cebrosky to advise him of an active warrant, to which Cebrosky said he was aware of and had made arrangements to turn himself in.Buck then advised Cebrosky that if that was the case, the sheriff's office would not be contacting them, and told Cebrosky that he would need to accompany Buck to the Palmerton police station to contact the sheriff's office to sort everything out.At that time Cebrosky turned and began running south on Fifth Street, east on Alley F, between the buildings of Strubinger and Gazo, across Delaware Avenue, through the parking lot of Pencor Services, through the 500 blocks of Alley F, Lehigh Avenue, and into Alley A, where he was eventually taken into custody by patrolman Buonaiuto, of the Franklin Township Police Department.
