Bail hearings held in Schuylkill County

Hearings were held by Judge Cyrus Palmer Dolbin in Schuylkill County court on motions to revoke and reduce bails.

Jason Miller, 33, when arrested resided in an apartment at 34 Greenwood St., Tamaqua, had his bail reduced to $5,000 unsecured. He now resides at 543 E. Bertsch St., Lansford.He faces charges of forging a credit card of Herbert Welsh and making purchases at Our Family MIni Mart which were filed by Tamaqua Patrolman Matthew Bynon.Steven Lutz, 47, of 42 W. Blaine St., McAdoo, had his bail reduced to $5,000 percentage cash. He faces charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance filed by McAdoo Patrolman Robert Minnick.Matthew Fisher had his bail reduced to $5,000 percentage cash and under a special condition he must reside at 13 Center St., Lansford, and cannot relocate without approval of the court and shall have no contact with the victim, Jennifer Fallon Bainbridge, Frackville.He faces charges of robbery of a truck title belonging to Robert Bainbridge and $20 bill from the purse of Bainbridge. Fisher was cited by Frackville Chief Michelle Ashman.Brian L. Watson, Pottsville, had his bail reduced to $25,000 percentage cash. He faces charges of terroristic threats and simple assault on Rebecca Chescavage, sister of his girlfriend. brought by Pottsville police.Travis L. Snyder, 30, Hegins, had his bail reduced to $5,000 unsecured. He faces charges o f possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.Amanda L. Strimboulis, 23, Pottsville/Hegins, had her bail reduced to $10,000 percentage cash and she must reside at 801 E. Main St., Hegins.She faces a charge of robbery brought by Port Carbon Chief Jon Bowlman, for theft of a $10 bill from Joshua S. Generella, Pottsville, near the Joulwan Playground, Mechanicsville.She also faces charges brought by Sargent Beau Yarmuch and Patrolman Troy Maurer, Hegins Township police, of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a small amount of marijuana.Ryan Anthony Petrulsky, 23, Freeland Village, Freeland, had a bench warrant dissolved and bail set at $5,000 unsecured. He faces a charge of retail theft from Walmart Store in Hometown, Rush Township, brought by Patrolman Cory R. Herring.Jessica Burd, 36, Dunmore, Luzerne County, had her bail reduced to $5,000 unsecured. She faces charges of theft of jewelry in excess of $3,000 and unauthorized use of a vehicle of Cindy Fetterolf, Gordon, which were filed by Butler Township Chief Edward Tarantelli.With unsecured bail the defendant does not have to post any money, however, if he violates the terms then he is liable for the amount of bail fixed.
