Friends of Keith and Petra Rex have set up a fire victims' fund to help the couple as they recover from a devastating fire that consumed their home Saturday night. The family's mobile home, located at 3176 Mahoning Drive West, was destroyed by the fast moving flames. The structure was fully involved in flames when firefighters arrived on the scene shortly after 11 p.m. Details of the blaze were reported in Monday's edition of the TIMES NEWS.

The Rex Fire Fund has been established at the Sovereign Bank Branch in Snyders, 2092 West Penn Pike, New Ringgold, 17960. Donations will also be accepted at the Hometown and Tamaqua branches of Sovereign Bank.Donors are to make checks payable to the Rex Fire Fund.
