Rush Township Police will file charges against a Hazleton man following an incident at the Hometown Commons Wal-mart on Wednesday.

Jamie R. Roman, 32, allegedly stole several items from the retail store. The incident was reported at 3:15 a.m.Roman will be cited for retail theft and receiving stolen property.
