David B. Driscoll, 40, of Effort, has been arrested by Pocono Mountain Regional Police on drug-related charges.

They relate to an incident at 12:49 a.m. Jan. 17 in the beach parking lot of the Stone Crest Community, Tunkhannock Township.Police said they observed a suspicious vehicle parked in the lot on the above date and time and made contact with Driscoll, the operator of the vehicle, observing a metal pipe containing marijuana. He was found to be in possession of a baggie containing a small amount of marijuana and two additional pipes.He is facing charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
