Four new bikes were given to the Schuylkill Carbon Marine Corps League's (SCMCL) Toys For Tots drive in memory of a longtime Toys For Tots volunteer, George E. Stocker, Lehighton, who passed away Oct. 22 of this year. Stocker, who was a member of the SCMCL, was well known for repairing used bikes for their Toys For Tots program back when used bikes were accepted. League members noted the many years of dedication Stocker put into the Toys For Tots program.
