Charged for vandalizing school property

A former Panther Valley High School student was charged for institutional vandalism after he drove through a field at the high school.

According to Summit Hill police, on Sept. 15, officers received a report of an individual who drove through the field at the high school. An investigation revealed that the person involved was Karl Wagner, 19, of 63 E. Railroad St., Nesquehoning.
