ANDREW LEIBENGUTH/TIMES NEWS Tamaqua Raider football fans and players held a bonfire last night at the Rabbit Run Reservoir in celebration and preparation of today's Eastern Conference Championship game against North Penn in Blossburg. In 1962, Tamaqua beat Blakelee during the Eastern Conference Class A championship game. Managers Mary Petritsch, Kayla Hope and Taylor Gerber stated their appreciation to the Rabbit Run Fish and Game Commission and Tamaqua Borough for digging a pit for the fire.
