The Blue Mountain School District was successful in increasing the market value of 24 properties

located within the boundaries of the district following hearings held on appeals filed before the Schuylkill County Assessment Appeals Board.In three hearings held at the courthouse the district was successful in increasing values of 92 properties to add almost two million dollars to the assessed valuation of the district for tax purposes. Latest increases were as follows:Dennis and Elizabeth Killian, 1024 Summer Valley Road, New Ringgold, owners of property at 17 Adamsdale, North Manheim Township, market value increased from $28,000 to $52,026 and assessment from $14,000 to $26,015, an increase of $12,015 in assessment.William L. and Louise J. Webb, 4501 Brookside Court, West Brunswick Township, market value increased from $130,940 to $212,852 and assessment from $65,470 to $106,425, an increase of $40,955 in assessment.Emily L. Graham, 929 Horseman Drive, Wayne Township, market value increased from $62,260 to $108,788 and assessment from $31,130 to $54,395, an increase of $23,265 in assessment.Scott Renninger, 526 Lantern Green Way, Orwigsburg, market value increased from $102,460 to $160,818 and assessment from $51,230 to $80,410, an increase of $29,180 in assessment.Jordan R.
