Two persons were cited for disorderly conduct by Kidder Township police earlier this month.

Police said Claudio Petruzziello, 28, of Scarsdale, N.Y., was cited after an incident that occurred at 1:20 a.m. Aug. 6 in the area of North and South Lake Drive, Lake Harmony, and Yalle Agbre, 31, of West Orange, N.J., was charged following an incident at 2:07 a.m. Aug. 7 in the parking lot of Shenanigans, Lake Harmony.In another report, police said they are investigating a criminal mischied incident that was reported to them at 9:10 a.m. Aug. 7. The incident happened on Aug. 5 on Kresge Lane when someone attempted to pour sugar into the gas tank of a Husky 3750 generator.Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact police at (570) 722-0192.
