State police at Lehighton reported on a burglary and several theft incidents probed by troopers.

The break-in occurred at the trailer home of Wilbert Oscar Springer, 77, of 2305 Deer Lane, Towamensing Township, Carbon County. Entry was made through the front door. Once inside the criminals went through the entire trailer. The only thing reported removed was a 30-year-old chain saw located in the master bedroom. The incident occurred sometime between Jan. 12 and May 25, troopers said.Paul Roe, 49, of 670 Mill St. Bowmanstown, Carbon County, reported someone entered his unlocked 2010 Ford Transit while parked at his residence and removed a Tom Tom GPS. The incident occurred during the overnight hours of May 25-26.Erik Joe Hertweck, 30, of 84 Deer View Drive, Jim Thorpe, Penn Forest Township, Carbon County, reported someone removed his four-wheel all terrain vehicle (ATV) from his backyard. The vehicle is a 450 Grizzly model, greenish gray in color. The incident occurred sometime between Feb. 1 and May 26.Joseph Charley Connolly, of Perkasie, reported someone removed a 2000 Carmate landscaping enclosed trailer from his property at 35 Berry Lane, Penn Forest Township. The trailer is greenish gray in color and bears state registration XFR6974. The incident occurred sometime between 3 and 4 p.m. on May 26.Ronald Arthur Neff, 66, of 93 Hilltop Lane, Lehighton, East Penn Township, reported someone removed the license plate from his motorcycle while parked at his home. The incident occurred sometime between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. on May 27.Rita Breitlauch, of Saylorsburg, reported someone removed two bronze cemetery vases from the Mt. Eaton Church Cemetery, located along Mt. Eaton Rd., in Ross Township, Monroe County. The incident occurred sometime between May 17-22.
