President Judy Moon will preside.The hospitality committee will consist of chairperson Jane Pietruch, with Florence Kovatch, Jean Mikovich, Maureen Ouly, Ann Paulakovich, and Nancy Totani. The program will feature Joseph Paluck speaking on Women and Heart Disease.Reservations will be made at this meeting for the April dinner meeting to be catered by secretary, Nan Kevilly at her home. Debra Ranck, president, will be in charge of the session.St. Paul LutheranThe "Doughnut Nite" festivities that had been planned for St. Paul Lutheran Church, Summit Hill, on Tuesday, March 8, have been canceled.The congregation will hold a church council meeting that night at 7 o'clock.Food distributionThe Summit Hill Food Pantry distributes food boxes to the needy in town on a monthly basis. Registration and fundraiser fees will be collected at this time. The age groups include: T-ball - 6-7 years old; Minor and Little League - 8-12 years old; Girls Softball - 9-14 years old; and Babe Ruth - 13-15 years old. Ridge St., Lansford, until March 15.The borough is also collecting the bills in its administrative office at 26 E. Patterson St. and through mail service.
