Domalakes and he was remanded to the county prison to serve the balance of his sentence, his time of liberty of 194 days are disallowed, creating a new maximum date for his release from prison to be Nov. 3, 2012. Last May Neifert entered guilty pleas to charges of driving while his license was suspended and possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.Lawayne A. Kline, 44, of 135 W. Maple St., Mahanoy City, had his parole revoked by Judge Domalakes and was remanded to the county prison and his 230 days of liberty were disallowed, creating a new maximum time for his release from prison to be June 18, 2012. Kline pleaded guilty last June to charges of possession of drug paraphernalia.Hubert M. Wakefield, 32, Minersville, had his parole revoked by President Judge William E. Baldwin and his 23 days of liberty were disallowed and he was committed to the county prison to serve the balance of his original sentence. He received credit for spending 53 days in prison. Wakefield was found guilty by a jury of charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug pa`raphernalia.PFA violatorsSenior Judge D. Downey, 40, Port Carbon, was found guilty of indirect criminal contempt for violating three PFA orders and was sentenced to pay $900 in fines and serve 180 days on William W. Murphy, 20, Pottsville, was found guilty of indirect criminal contempt and was fined $300.David Mathew Brady, Saint Clair, was found guilty of indirect criminal contempt and he was fined $300 and placed on probation 180 days.Enters guilty pleaJoseph Allen Klinger, 21, Shenandoah, entered guilty pleas to two simple assault charges and was sentenced by Judge Jacqueline Russell to serve one to 24 months in a state correctional institution and when released on probation shall have no contact with the victim, Jericho Linkchorst, of Frackville.
