The Carbon County Environmental Education Center is planning fun and exciting summer programs for children.

On July 7, starting at 5:30 p.m., the center will be hosting an Outdoor Field Day event for children ages five to 12. Guest naturalist Becky Cunfer will be leading special events including team relays, challenges and an obstacle course.Other upcoming events include Outdoor Adventuring programs with Cunfer, for ages eight to12, on Saturday's, July 9 and 16, starting at 9:30 a.m. Pre-registration is a must.
