Another suspect in a Lansford home invasion incident entered a guilty plea in Carbon County court on Tuesday.

Joshua Todd Barlip, 20, of Palmerton, entered guilty pleas in seven pending criminal cases.Barlip admitted his part in a Dec. 18, 2009, incident in which he and three others entered a home along E. Snyder Ave., Lansford, and confronted the home owner demanding money and drugs. Barlip was charged as the one who had a handgun and struck the home owner, Derek Hunsicker, 22. He is the fourth defendant in the case to enter a plea. Others charged were Justin Scott Nahf, 21, of Dublin, Bucks County, Jarred Dillman, 20, and his brother, Ryan K. Dillman, 22. Nahf and Ryan Dillman previously pleaded guilty in the case. Barlip pleaded to one count of robbery in the case.He also pleaded in six other cases to counts of indecent assault, burglary, possession of drug paraphernalia, unauthorized use of a automobile, criminal attempt-theft, and three counts of receiving stolen property.The indecent assault charge stems from an incident that occurred on July 3, 2009, in Palmerton and involved a then 17-year-old female as the victim. The girl was present in the court and told Senior Judge Richard W. Webb that the incident has greatly affected her life. She struggles in school because of it, can't sleep at night and has been accused by others as lying in the matter.The burglary charge stems from an incident on Aug. 22, 2009, in which Frances W. Thamarus of Lower Towamensing Township, is the victim. The drug paraphernalia charge stems from a Aug. 17, 2009, incident at his home when police came to serve an arrest warrant and found two marijuana pipes and a scale in the residence. The first receiving charge stems from a Aug. 17, 2009, incident in which Keith Booth is the listed victim, the second receiving charge stems from a July 15, 2009, incident in which Lisa Kay Handwerk is the victim, and a third receiving count stems from a Aug. 17, 2009, incident in which William Dehart and Alyssa Beers are the victims.Webb accepted the pleas but deferred sentencing and ordered the adult probation office prepare a presentence investigation (PSI) report.Barlip is currently in the county prison on the charges, unable to post bail.
