Two Summit Hill residents were cited after police reported a disturbance in Summit Hill.

According to borough police, on Nov. 19 at 12:22 p.m., they received a report of a domestic dispute at 10 S. Pine St.Upon investigation officers learned that there had been an altercation both inside the aforementioned residence, as well as outside the home involving Robert Scott, 55, of 243 E. Hazard St. and Ashley Orach, 24, of 10 S. Pine St.A citation was filed against Scott for disorderly conduct for the disturbance outside the residence and harassment for assaulting a person inside the home.Orach was also cited for disorderly conduct for the disturbance outside the residence.
