Two teens at a youth camp in Carbon County are facing charges following separate incidents.

State police at Lehighton said a 16-year-old male at the Youth Services Camp, known as Camp Adams, in Penn Forest Township, has been charged with harassment. Troopers said the teen was involved in a physical altercation wtih David Conway, 25, of Nesquehoning, about 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 23. During the altercation the teen struck Conway in the stomach and face with a fist.A 16-year-old male from Lancaster was charged with simple assault following an incident at the camp that occurred about 3:06 p.m on Monday, Oct. 24. The teen is accused of striking a 14-year-old male from Dunmore. The victim sustained a possible borken nose and was taken to the Lehighton hospital for treatment.Troopers said William Joseph Moyer, 31, of Kunkletown, has been charged with simple assault and harassment for an incident that occurred along Pine Grove Rd., in Eldred Township, Monroe County, on Sunday, Oct. 24, about 10 p.m.Troopers said Moyer became involved in a verbal altercation with two females, ages 58 and 29, that turned physical. Moyer allegedly kicked open a door striking the 29-year-old in the left leg and foot. The altercation continued as Moyer allegedly punched the 58-year-old in the face causing her to fall to the ground.Moyer then proceeded to punch the 29-year-old to the ground and then punched her in the back. As she fell she injured her right forearm causing redness, swelling and a small cut.Moyer was taken into custody and placed in the county prison in Snydersville pending arraignment.Troopers said Joseph Liccardi, 19, of Basking Ridge, N.J., has been charged with criminal trepass for an incident at the home of Deven Holland, 47, of Mountain View Drive, in Gilbert, Polk Township, Monroe County. Troopers said Liccardi went to the residence in an effort to speak to his ex-girlfriend after previously being told not to enter the property. The incident occurred about 4:15 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 24.
