A Luzerne County man has been charged by state police at Lehighton after he made contact with a 21-year-old male on July 16, at 10:15 p.m.

According to police, Sean Dooner, 28, of Kingston pushed, touched and subjected Nathan Allen Becker of Gilbert to unwanted contact while at Duebler Trailer Park, first tier, Polk Township, Monroe County.Dooner was charged with harassment.
