Four arrested at Carbon site

Four persons were arrested Tuesday night at a Carbon County business place.

State police at Lehighton said three persons were arrested on drug charges and a fourth on a alcohol violation. Three were arrested at Penns Peak parking lot along Maury Road in Penn Forest Township, and the fourth in an area nearby.Troopers said Robert Wayne Rollins, 35, of Mechanicsburg, and Stephen Thomas Wagner, 47, of Philadelphia, were charged. Rollins was charged with distribution of nitrous oxide about 7:42 p.m. Wagner was charged with possession of three balloons containing suspected nitrous oxide about 6:22 p.m. Both were arrested in the parking lot, processed and later released.Michael Andrew Antonacci, 46, of Blakeslee, was charged along Coyote Drive, off Maury Road, at 3:39 p.m. with possession of a controlled substane after prescription medication was found in his possession that was not prescribed for him. He was processed and released.Christian Reinmiller, 36, of Sugarloaf, was arrested for public drunkennes about 5 p.m. in the parking lot of the facility after being found to be in a highly intoxicated state. He was processed and later released to the custody of a family member.
