Drivers are using Lime Street even though it is blocked off

At the Tuesday night meeting councilman William Ravert said it was waiting for the grant. Since a Community Development Block Grant is involved, the county will request the bids.Solt said cones are being removed from Spring Alley and people use the road. "Can you put rocks there to block it," he asked.But Ravert was concerned about liability. He said there should be no vehicles using Lime Street, which is scheduled for improvements.Councilman Norman Engle said there is a lot of ATV traffic on the street.At Lime and Hamilton streets Mayor Keith Billig said he heard a barricade had been moved to let a pickup go through.Councilman Chad Everett asked if there was something that could be done to settle the dust. That is possible if it gets bad.
