@Caption Stand Alone:Franklin couple recognized

Franklin Township Lions Club President David Hawk, left, presents a plaque to Kevin and Sandy Artz of Franklin Township in recognition of their continued support of the Franklin Festival of Lights. The Artzs have been helping string lights for the festival for many years. The Festival of Lights is the club's major fundraiser. Proceeds from the lights project have been donated to several community projects, such as the Phifer Ice Dam Park, Lehighton Pool, Franklin Township Fire Company and Franklin Township Police Department.
