Lehigh Carbon Community College (LCCC) will hold the following noncredit cooking classes this semester. Students will learn how to prepare a wide variety of Italian dishes. All classes are held at LCCC's main campus in Schnecksville, unless noted otherwise. Additional materials fees are payable to the instructor on first night of class.
