The Weatherly High School Engineering Team recently competed in the Division One TEAMS Competition, placing first in Pennsylvania and seventh in the United States. The team is composed of Cassidy Piskorick, Michael Matirko, Michael Embick, Jaquiline Watkins and Brittney Isom. The TEAMS (Tests of engineering aptitude, mathematics and science) is an annual competition designed to help students discover their potential for engineering. During the competition, students worked collaboratively to solve real world engineering challenges using science, technology, engineering and math. This year's theme was "Engineering a Secure Cyberspace."
