A hike will be held at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday behind Locust Lake State Park at the Silver Creek Fire Tower, weather permitting. The hike is 9 miles long and known to be difficult. Birds and other wildlife are expected to be seen by those who attend.

Those interested should meet at the visitor parking lot at Locust Lake State Park located before the contact station to carpool. Hikers should bring a lunch. Pets must be leashed and get along with other people and pets.For more information contact Robin Tracey at 570-467-2506.
