Violates PFA order

A Summit Hill man was incarcerated after he violated a protection from abuse (PFA) order.

According to Summit Hill Police, on May 26, at 1:16 a.m., officers were called to 264 W. Ludlow St., for a disturbance taking place outside the residence.Upon arrival they found Shaimar Williams, 28, of 264 W. Ludlow St., outside the home. It was learned that he had an active PFA against him and was not to be at the residence. He was taken into custody for violating the PFA. Charges were filed against him for two counts disorderly conduct.Williams was incarcerated in Carbon County prison until he went before a county judge on the PFA violation.
