The Bach and Handel Chorale's opening Christmas Concert will be performed at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 28 at St. Mark's Episcopal Church, 21 Race St. in Jim Thorpe.

At 3 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 12 there will be another Christmas Concert at St. Mark's. At 7 p.m. there will be a second concert at Trinity Lutheran Church, Third and Iron streets, Lehighton. At 3 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 13 the chorale will perform at the Angela Triplex Theatre, Coaldale.This program of seasonal music will include traditional carols to be sung with the audience.Among the chorale's selections will be "Break Forth, O Beauteous Heavenly Light" and "Jesu, Guide My Every Action" from Johann Sebastian Bach's "The Christmas Oratorio," as well as carols from the Oxford Book.Maestro Randall Perry will perform the piano solo, "In the Bleak Mid Winter."For ticket information, call (570) 325-4794 or e-mail
