The engagement of Jennie Rose Huber of Lehighton and Brandon Serfass of Palmerton has been announced by her parents, Diane and George Huber of Lehighton.

The bride-to-be is a 2007 graduate of Pleasant Valley High School and a 2012 graduate of Cedar Crest College, where she earned a bachelor of science in neuroscience psychology.She is currently employed as a business development specialist for Arden Courts, a personal care memory care community.The prospective bridegroom is the son of Donna and Albert Serfass of Palmerton. He is a 2004 graduate of Palmerton Area High School and attended Penn State University.He is currently employed as a foreman with NAPA Development in Wind Gap.A wedding date is set for June 4.
