Township police said that at 11:04 p.m. Sept. 2, police stopped a vehicle after receiving a complaint of erratic driving on Route 209.

As a result of the stop, the driver of the vehicle, Joe Neff, 28, of Mahoning Township, has been charged with three counts of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor; reckless driving, a summary offense; and limitations on overtaking on the left, a summary offense.A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Nov. 25.
