A criminal mischief incident that happened between Sept. 29 and 3 p.m. Oct. 1 in Towamensing Township is under investigation by state police at the Lehighton barracks.

The victim is Colin Berger, 56, of Kunkletown.The incident happened in a field behind 100 Berger St., when someone entered the field owned by Berger and punctured four farm tires on various pieces of equipment before leaving the scene undetected.
