A Tyler Hoppes' goal gave Northern Lehigh a 1-0 halftime advantage.
But the Tigers erupted in the second half, getting goals from Kyle Willis, Matthew Strickland, Brandon Herb and Leighom Breckenridge to rally for the victory. Brandon Ettl added a pair of assists for Northwestern (10-3).
Hoppes had two goals for the Bulldogs (4-8). Zeb Shiffert picked up an assist.
Northwestern had a 19-4 advantage in shots. Northern Lehigh's Nate Rex made 15 saves.
