Rick and Kathleen Fenstermacher of Tamaqua, have announced the engagement of their daughter, Heather Lynn Fenstermacher, to Sean Mathew Wargo, both of Kelayres.

The bride-to-be is a 2006 graduate of Misericordia University, where she earned a bachelor of science degree in elementary and special education.She earned a master of science degree in classroom technology from Wilkes University in 2009.She is employed as a special education facilitator at Berks Career and Technology Center in Oley.The prospective bridegroom is the son of Mimi Ickes of St. Augustine, Fla.; and Leslie Wargo of Tamaqua.He is a 2004 graduate of Allen D. Nease High School, Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla.He is currently employed by Atlas Reinforcing Steel Services since 2005.The couple is planning a wedding for September of 2013.
