Felipe Figueiredo, 20, of Northampton, is facing a charge of driving under the influence after a traffic stop made by state police at the Fogelsville barracks at 9:44 p.m. Dec. 14 along Interstate 78 westbound in Weisenberg Township.

Police said he was stopped for a traffic violation after which time police learned he was under the influence. He was transported to the Lehigh County DUI Center for a blood test.
