Two Carbon County men are facing theft charges following an incident that occurred about 1:15 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 12.
State police at Lehighton said Kelly Neff, 43, and Herman McFarland, 45, both of Palmerton, arrived at the Pencor Services, Inc., of Palmerton, site in Lower Towamensing Township and removed copper wire from a storage facility. The two were taken into custody. The copper is valued at $200.Theft charges are pending, troopers said. Troopers were assisted in the arrest by Palmerton police.
