The Mauch Chunk Chamber of Commerce is inviting public subscriptions for a machine shop and foundry as proposed by Rev. E. F. Brown. A total of $30,000 is required to finance the project. If every citizen in the inter-boroughs will subscribe from one to five or more shares at $20 each, the money will be raise. A need of such industry is imperative and a supreme effort should be made by every citizen to subscribe for one or more shares. Call at your bank and subscribe for as many shares as you desire to take.
