Lehigh man facing threats count

A Lehigh County man is facing charges following an incident reported about 9:30 p.m .on Nov. 4.

State police at Fogelsville said Gregory Michael Considine, of New Tripoli, was charged with terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment.According to troopers the incident occurred in the 7100 block of Decatur St., in New Tripoli. Considine and a female at that address engaged in a verbal argument. The argument turned phsyical with Considine allegedly striking the female with a closed fist on her left arm, pulled her to the ground by the hair and struck her numerous times with a closed fist and kicks to her legs leaving her with pain and bruising. He then threatened to kill her, troopers said. He also slapped the woman with an open hand on the left side of the face.The female fled the home and called troopers.
