To whom it may concern,

I know for a fact that the only reason LCCC has a satellite campus in Tamaqua is because Larry Wittig got the president of LCCC and the Morgan Foundation together to make it happen. The scholarship to Tamaqua grads was the brain child of Jim Zigmant of the Morgan Foundation, but the project would have never happened if it had not been for the tireless negations of Larry Wittig and his vision for a college on the hill. Larry Wittig has the finance background to get the most bang for our taxpayers’ buck. His expertise, along with Dan Shoener has kept our taxes among the lowest in the tri-county region.

I support our incumbent school board.
