A Schuylkill County man has been charged for an incident in Carbon County.

State police at Lehighton said troopers responded to Centre Street in Parryville at 3:15 p.m. on Monday for a report of a fight in the workplace. Troopers determined William Mooney, 55, of Andreas, punched and pushed a 21-year-old man from Whitehall because the victim owed him money.

Mooney was charged with harassment - physical contact.
