The Federal Trade Commission and the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office have completed their antitrust reviews of Lehigh Valley Health Network’s proposal to acquire the assets of Coordinated Health, allowing the transaction to move forward.

LVHN said it anticipates that the transaction documents will be completed in the coming weeks. Until that time, the two will continue to operate as separate entities.
