Friends of Beltzville State Park will clean the shoreline of Beltzville Lake via kayak and maintain a pollinator garden at separate events next week.
Shoreline cleanup will take place from 6-7:30 p.m. on May 28. Meet at the Preachers Camp boat launch.
Volunteers are responsible for their own boat, whistle, life jacket, gloves and water.
Garden maintenance will take place from noon to 2 p.m. May 30 at the park office. Volunteers should bring tools, gloves, water and their creative self.
