Carbon approves lot line revisions

Carbon County Planning Commission recommended plan approval for two lot line revision plans in the county.

The first plan, which called for a proposed subdivision and lot line revision at 16 Spencer Lane in Towamensing Trails, Section II, Penn Forest Township, is owned by Walter L. and Margaret Dusablon.The plans call for combining two lots to create a 0.918-acre plot.Ivan O. Meixell Jr., county planner, said that after review, he believed the plan contained all plan requirements of Penn Forest Township's Subdivision and Land Development Ordinances and recommended approval.The second plan, a proposed subdivision and lot line revision at 500 E. Catawissa St., Nesquehoning, is between owners Patricia H. Zaengle and Richard G and Nancy A. Van Horn.The plans call for subdividing a 0.050-acre plot off Zaengle's 0.674-acres, and combining it with Van Horn's 0.207-acre plot to create a 0.257-acre lot.Meixell said the plans conform to all plan requirements of Nesquehoning's Land Development Ordinances and recommended approval.
