Last month the Schuylkill County Fair organization asked the general public to weigh in on what logo the fair should be using this year which best fits with the fair's theme.

The fair used social media to drive people to its website at

www.schuylkillfair.com and select a logo from five different designs.The logo titled "Growing Things" was selected. It is a simple four-leaf plant growing out of rich dark soil. The Ravie font for the fair's theme which is "We have good things growing" was also chosen.The "Growing Things" logo will not replace the fair's traditional logo, but will be used in addition to help promote the fair's theme of "We have good things growing." The Schuylkill County Fair will be held Aug. 1-6.
