Heritage Hill Senior Community, 800 Sixth St., Weatherly, will host a Harvest Festival and Pumpkin Pie Baking Contest from 2-4 p.m. Oct. 13. If you think you have what it takes to be named the best pumpkin pie baker in town, bake your pie and enter it for a chance to win the grand prize.

Pies must be homemade, and only one entry is allowed per person. Entrants must be at Heritage Hill by 3 p.m. that day to be judged. Participants must register for the pumpkin pie competition before Oct. 11.Other activities include a Tricky Tray auction to benefit the Alzheimer's Association, musical entertainment by Tom Vicario, and fall refreshments.
