Supporting its mission of promoting and preserving Celtic heritage through music, arts, dance, history and literature, Celtic Cultural Alliance is sponsoring a free Celtic hymn night from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Jan. 13 at Life in Christ church, 51 E. Hillmond St., Bethlehem.

Warm up on a cold Saturday night by enjoying a night of classic Celtic hymns from Ireland, Scotland and Wales.

Over the past few centuries until today, many classic hymns that you regularly sing have been penned by a songwriter from one of the Celtic nations.

You will learn about the inspiring reasons why some beautiful hymns were written, and then join in singing the hymn as a group.

Featuring Lehigh Valley musicians, the event will be an inspiring night of music that will be a time of blessing and worship.
