Matthew J. Reis, son of Richard and Cheryl Reis of Jim Thorpe, received academic honors at West Chester University, by making the University's dean's list for fall semester 2009.

A junior at West Chester University, Reis is majoring in respiratory therapy in the University's College of Health Services. He earned a 4.93 grade point average.
