State police at Lehighton reported a teen has been cited for underage drinking for an incident in Monroe County.

Troopers said Elizabeth M. Gannon, 19, of Kunkletown, was observed in the area of the Kunkletown Store in Eldred Township, about 12:46 a.m. on Friday, Feb.12, "manifestly under the influence of alcohol."
