A Schuylkill County judge has revoked a Tamaqua woman's probation after she violated its terms in two cases.

Judge James Goodman gave her credit for the 123 days she's already served.Weirich will also serve 23 months of probation, have a drug and alcohol evaluation, and follow any recommended treatment. Both sets of charges were filed by Tamaqua police. One case stemmed from an incident on May 9, 2013, and resulted in charges including use of a prohibited weapon, use of an electronic incapacitation device, simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct. In that case, Weirich was among several cited after a melee that started out as a picnic and ended with a mob of people causing a disturbance in the area of the former Rite Aid on North Railroad Street. Weirich used a mini stun gun on two people, causing wounds to their arm and face, respectively. The other was from April 16 and also involved simple assault, along with reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct. In that case, Weirich and two other women attacked Nicole Hazlett, also of Tamaqua. Police said Hazlett was walking with a friend when Weirich struck her. Another woman, Ashley Bynon, then also attacked Hazlett while the third woman, Melissa Baer, recorded the assault on her cellphone.
