Author Lori Floyd of Weatherly has released her third children’s picture book.

“The Adventures of the Explorers’ Club in Delaware” is the third book in the series for young explorers emphasizing fun, educational, and family-friendly places to visit across all 50 states in the USA.

Readers will also learn fun facts about the featured attractions and identify some great photo-taking opportunities.

Join the adventures of Skye and her twin friends, Nate and Naomi, as they explore the first state of Delaware.

Over the Easter weekend holiday, the kids explore educational attractions including the Brandywine Zoo, the Delaware Museum of Nature and Science, the Air Mobility Command Museum, Cape Henlopen State Park including Fort Miles, and enjoy the Delaware Kite Festival.

“The Adventures of the Explorers’ Club” children’s book series includes the first book, “The Adventures of the Explorers’ Club in New York City,” and the second book, “The Adventures of the Explorers’ Club in Downeast Maine.”

Floyd is a world traveler who has visited all 50 US states nearly twice and 28 countries to date. She enjoys planning trips, capturing photographic memories, and discovering delicious food and exciting adventures along the way.

She holds an M.B.A. from Alvernia University and resides in the Pocono Mountains.

“I’ve been researching and writing this book for the last year, and I’m immensely proud to share it with many young readers and their families.
